Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Handraw collects, why, who receives it and how long it is kept.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

When you order a key

• Your full name, mobile phone number, wilaya, commune and address.
• Your note (if you write one), the language of the page and the order amount.
• If you came from an ad link, the campaign named in that link (for example "facebook / launch").

When you use the web app

• Your e-mail address, and your password stored only in protected (hashed) form.
• Your projects: the texts, pictures, sounds and fonts you upload, and the videos you render.
• Security information about your logins: date, browser and IP address.
• Your licence keys and their activation dates.

When you contact us

• The messages you send us on WhatsApp or by e-mail.

3. What we do not collect

We never collect bank card details: you pay in cash. This website has no advertising cookies, no analytics or tracking scripts and no social-media pixels. To show the thank-you page, the order form keeps your order number in your browser tab only.

4. Why we use it

• To confirm, deliver and follow up your order.
• To run your account, keep your projects and render your videos.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, for example by limiting the number of orders from one connection.
• To keep the accounting records the law requires.
• To answer your questions.

We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

5. Who receives it

• NOEST, the courier: your name, phone, wilaya, commune, address and the amount to collect, only to deliver your card.
• Our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which stores the website and the app on its servers in Germany.
• The authorities, only when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

• Orders: 10 years, as accounting records.
• Your account and projects: while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, your projects are deleted within 30 days.
• Network data used against abuse: 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under Law 18-07 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to r.rais@optimarket.dz. You can also complain to the ANPDP.

8. Security

Passwords are stored in protected form, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and only the owner can see orders in the administration page.

9. Children

Children under 18 should use Handraw only with a parent or a teacher.

10. Changes

We update this policy when what we collect changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
