These terms apply to the Handraw website, the Handraw web application and the sale of Handraw licence keys. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Handraw is published by OPTIMARKET SARL, Dounia Parc, Dely Ibrahim, Algiers 16000, Algeria. Contact: r.rais@optimarket.dz.

2. The service

Handraw is an online tool for making whiteboard animation videos. It works in a web browser on a computer and needs an internet connection. Videos are rendered on our servers and you download them as MP4 files.

3. Your account

• You give a valid e-mail address and keep your password secret.
• An account has one active login at a time: logging in on another browser signs out the previous one.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use Handraw with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Free trial

Anyone can create a free account. Videos exported without an active key carry a Handraw watermark. We may change what the trial includes.

5. Licence keys

• A Handraw Pro key unlocks every feature, without watermark, on one account for 12 months from the day it is activated.
• A key can be activated on one account only and cannot be moved to another account afterwards.
• Each new key adds 12 months. When the period ends, the account goes back to the free trial and your projects are kept for at least 12 months.
• Reselling or sharing an activated key or an account is not allowed.

6. Price, order and payment

• A 12-month key costs 3,600 DA, all taxes included. NOEST's home-delivery fee for your wilaya is added and shown before you confirm.
• After you order, we call you to confirm. The sale is complete when you receive the card and pay.
• You pay in cash to the delivery agent. We take no online card payments.
• We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fake or abusive.

7. Delivery

The licence card is delivered to your home by NOEST, usually within 1 to 5 days depending on the wilaya. If you cannot be reached or you refuse the parcel, the order is cancelled. If you change your mind, please cancel before shipping: a returned parcel costs us the return fee.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Handraw to make content that is illegal in Algeria, that breaks other people's rights (pictures, music, fonts, brands), or that is hateful, violent or misleading. Do not try to get around the licence system, overload our servers or resell access to the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

9. Your content

Your projects and videos belong to you. You allow us only to store and process them to run the service, for example to render your videos. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload.

10. Our content

The Handraw software, its hands, drawings, logos and website belong to us or to our licensors. Fonts are provided under their own licences. You may use the videos you make with them, including for commercial purposes.

11. Availability

We work to keep Handraw available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or network problems. We try to announce planned interruptions.

12. Liability

To the extent Algerian law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for your current key. We are not liable for indirect losses or for the content you create.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Important changes are announced on the website or by e-mail.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Algerian law, in particular Law 18-05 on electronic commerce and Law 09-03 on consumer protection. In a dispute, please contact us first. If no friendly solution is found, the courts of Algiers are competent.
